Although most cosmetic dental treatments are impossible for a young child; but once your child develops permanent teeth, going for tooth contouring, orthodontic braces, even veneers if your child breaks a permanent teeth while playing, are advisable, against what the old-school dentists say. Young permanent teeth adjust very easily, and your child will be spared the shame and the pain that are bound to occur when a treatment is started in the mid- or late- teen years.
